Local Leaders

David joined BCG full-time in 1998 after interning as a summer consultant. Since then, he has worked in BCG’s Washington, DC and Amsterdam offices, as well as founded the Philadelphia office.

David received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in industrial engineering from Case Western University, and a BA in physics from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Prior to business school, David worked for General Electric in the United States, Hungary and Italy.

Decio is a member of BCG’s Health Care and Organization practices, working with pharma, biotech, payer and government health care clients.

He received his MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Prior to joining BCG, Decio was a principal with Booz & Company, where he led strategy and transformation projects focused on helping clients improve organization execution effectiveness and operational performance.

Sanjeev earned his MBA from The Wharton School and his BS in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.

Prior to business school, Sanjeev worked for Abbott Laboratories in pharmaceutical manufacturing and logistics. In his spare time, Sanjeev works with a Philadelphia charter school.
